Finsperation

I can’t decide if this fish couple is sweet or ill-fated. There is apparently a disapproving fish mother in their lives that has caused some relational distress. You’d think as the artist I’d have all the answers, but, alas, I’m left to wonder.

Last week I was skipping through aquarium footage on one of Megan Wang’s recent vlogs and came across this fish giving the camera her all:

There she was. My muse. In an aquarium of side swimmers she floated to the top and practically demanded to be drawn.

First she got a gossamer ballerina skirt, but I quickly realized she was destined for so much more. Her own Jack and Rose moment. I hope she approves.
